At Aeon Club India Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. Members have the right to cancel their membership subject to the terms mentioned below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aeon Club India Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. Members have the right to cancel their membership subject to the terms mentioned below. A member may request cancellation of their membership within 7 (Seven) days from the date of availing their first holiday service by submitting a written request to [email protected].

Upon approval of the cancellation request, the refund shall be processed after deduction of applicable Administration Charges, ASF (Application/Service Fee), Booking Amount, GST, and any other charges incurred by the company. This refund policy shall not be applicable to Premium Business Memberships, Corporate Memberships, or any promotional/non-refundable membership plans.

For memberships with a tenure of 3.5 Years (Forty-Two Months), no refund shall be applicable after the expiry of the 7-day cancellation period. Once the membership benefits have been utilized or the cooling-off period has expired, the membership shall be considered final and non-refundable.

In cases where payment has been made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or other electronic modes, the refund amount (after applicable deductions) will be credited back to the original payment source. Refund processing may take 15–30 working days, subject to banking procedures, public holidays, weekends, and verification requirements.

Aeon Club India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to review and verify all cancellation requests before processing any refund. By purchasing the membership, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above Refund & Cancellation Policy.
